School Uniform Support Project

In 2024, we began our School Uniform Support Project. Several schools approached us sharing a similar need. Many of their families were struggling to afford the required school uniforms for their children. In addition, younger children often need a change of clothing at school and the schools don’t have the financial resources to stock an emergency clothing/uniform closet. While our Backpack Buddy Program is the heart of what we do, we know that food isn’t a child’s only need. We think that wearing proper-fitting, clean clothing is crucial to a student’s ability to focus in the classroom.
