Additional Projects

In addition to our Backpack Buddies Program, the Kiawah Women’s Foundation operates several projects designed to meet the broader needs of local children. We believe the most effective way to help is by listening to the people who know students best—the school counselors and social workers. Their guidance directs us to the areas where support will make the greatest impact.

Through this close partnership, we have expanded our work to include projects that provide clothing, dental kits, holiday gifts, hygiene supplies, journals, afterschool snacks, and emergency assistance for families in crisis. Each initiative reflects our commitment to ensuring that every child has the essentials needed to feel supported, confident, and ready to learn.
